How Andre Deletes the QuickFill List in Eaglesoft

Question: How can an Eaglesoft user do a mass deletion of the QuickFill (QF) list?

Answer: There are 3 ways:

  1. Manually: Select + Delete each line (or Crtl+D repeatedly)

  2. Delete the first one in the list then click yes.  Now hold down the Enter key ALL the QF Manually (but quicker): Appointments have Been Deleted. WARNING: You should filter out the Sooner If Possible (SIP) Appointments before you do this.

  3. Call the Patterson Technology Center (“Support”).  There is a SQL Command to clear the FQ List.  I’ve done it hundreds of times.

FYI: If you mistakenly delete an Appointment from QF, go to the Schedule Audit Trail report. It will show the item deleted from QuickFill.
