Read at least ONE Provider agreement until you UNDERSTAND it.
20. Click the F2 button on your Keyboard! (You’ll see what happens)
21. Understand ADA Service Codes. It can be easier if you know they are group into “categories” and this could help
22. Remember that there is no longer a "printed manual" All the information from the manual is online. When you're in Eaglesoft all you have to do if hit the F1 button on the top row of your keyboard and the FAQ page will open. At the top of THIS thread are helpful hints for frequently used areas of Eaglesoft.
23. Consider using the Eaglesoft Assistant. Do you know about about the Eaglesoft Assistant?
Well there is a "built in" Eaglesoft demo database that New Users can "play around with" and NOT mess up the real data.
You didn't know about this? How do you get to it?
1. Close Eaglesoft on the Workstation
2. Click he Windows Start Menu
3. Scroll through your programs and look for the Eaglesoft Folder: Click it
4. Click on Assistant
5. Log in (there are no passwords)
6. Enjoy!
* If it doesn't load, you may need to contact you IT department and/or the Patterson Technology Center ("Support"). sometimes Assistant is disabled at Server level.
