IN-OFFICE

EAGLESOFT SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Do you remember your first day using Eaglesoft? Do you remember the first time you found a “shortcut” within Eaglesoft? Imagine a day learning how to find a better way to “squeeze more juice out of your software”. Spend time learning how to make your teamwork flow from the administrative teams to clinical team and back again. Seamlessly. My Eaglesoft skill development day is designed for the front office, dental assistants, dentists and hygienists to learn the skills needed to cut down on the “clicks”; make your advanced clinical chart visually represent all conditions, services and treatment; make accounts, employer and insurance, fee schedules and/or coverage books, statements and claims flow.

IN-OFFICE EAGLESOFT SKILL DEVELOPMENT (“Training”)

In Office Skill Development Includes:

  • 1/2 Day* of Observation and Eaglesoft Setup

  • A full day of one-on-one learning

  • Two 1-hour Zoom Video Conference follow-ups

Winter Travel Policy 2024/5

Every year I fly about 50,000 miles and drive about 10,000 miles to help offices Squeeze More Juice out of Eaglesoft.

But, very much like a bear, I "hibernate" from the first week in December to the first week in March.

I slow down travel because of weather delays and flight cancelations. I'd hate for your practice to block a day out for learning, only to find I can't get there.

That being said... March and April of next year are already booking up so get YOUR day booked ASAP!

If you happen to be someplace like Fort Lauderdale or Los Angeles where there are Non-Stop flights from PHL that will get to even if there is five feet of snow on the ground. Reach out and maybe I’ll work out a day just for you.

…and remember that Virtual Skill Development hours are available through Zoom!

*Arrival on day one is dependent on flight arrival and travel time to office

  • There is a distinction between training (“driver’s ed”) versus skill development (“race instruction”). It is dental school versus Pankey, Dawson, Spear [enter your favorite continuing education source here]. It's “jogging around the park” versus the Boston Marathon. I will not train a new user in an existing office. I will only train an entire office how you use Eaglesoft better. Together. Symbiotically. Holistically. It’s the basis of the crew process.

  • I typically arrive the day before a scheduled skill development day. I spend a few hours in the background of the office doing staff observation and setup, while you continue to see patients normally. Then the next day – the skill development day – we set aside 7 to 8 hours (preferably and recommended without patients) to review best practices, do hands on learning, and update protocols and practices. Then we apply that information “real time” using the “see one. Do one. Teach one” method. Here is a video that explains the process

  • Just like the resources in the Eaglesoft field guide, you have access to me by phone, text, direct message, instant message, carrier pigeon or whatever way works for you to follow-up. There is never a fee for your practice to quickly contact me after a skill development session.

  • I have included two 1-hour Zoom follow-up calls with every Skill Development day and we can always schedule a devoted hour-long virtual skill development session using zoom. Each hour is billed as virtual skill development for $249 and available as needed.

  • Think about the issues practices have with practice management like “periodontal disease”. If the issues are really bad, we need immediate intervention and then follow-up 3-4 months later, as it gets better, say 6 months apart. As you maintain the “condition” we can go an annual review to keep things

  • In-office Skill Development is available Tuesday to Friday. March 1st to December 15th (WEATHER PERMITTING)

  • IN-OFFICE SKILL DEVELOPMENT IS $3,995.00. ALL TRAVEL COST ARE INCLUDED.

  • Yes. Each additional consecutive day is booked at $995.00.

  • If you have ever tried to complete a root canal while there are two hygienists in need of exams, you understand the idea that “interruption” break the flow of processes. I prefer having exclusive time with the crew, there are situations when this is not possible. Let’s talk about options.

  • If you do not see the date you want, use the “call us” button at the top of the website and we can work together on a date.
