Andre Explains Where “Deleted Credits” Come from in Eaglesoft.

Eaglesoft Deleted Credits

You’re reviewing your Day Sheet Report and notice there are Deleted Credits.  What are they and how do they typically show up?

A Deleted Credits shows up because someone posted a particular Payment Type that deleted then re-entered as a different Payment Type.

Example:  Sally posted a Visa Payment only to find that it was supposed to be a Check.  The Visa Payment is Deleted (because there is no option to edit and change the payment type for security and auditing purposes) and a Payment by Check is entered.

This could be a sign of a larger problem.

The Deleted Transaction report is a good way to audit this activity.
