How Andre Finds a Check Number in Eaglesoft

Is there a way to search for a check by the check number in Eaglesoft?

Yes!

1)    Run a Deposit Report for the End-Of-DAY range you think it was posted

2)    Export that report to Microsoft Excel.

3)    Open the Excel workbook and use Ctrl+F (“Find”) to search for the Check number. There is a Column called Description where Check Numbers are held.

Credit to Dr Ray Morse who taught me that!!!

The other option is to contact the Patterson Technology Center (“Support”) who can run a custom query to find the check number for you.
