How Andre Searches for Patients with Multiple Appointments

Many Eaglesoft users ask: How can I find out if a Patient has Multiple Appointments already scheduled?

The simple answer is to click the Locate (“binocular“) icon

This will show all appointments (past and future) for this patient and all Patients connected through Responsible Party (“family”).

When you print a Walkout Statement ("receipt") for a Patient, the future appointment(s) (for the entire family) are also at the bottom.

Clicking the "Binoculars" opens the Appointments for those attached to the same Account. There are two tabs at the bottom for Current Appointments and Past Appointments.

You can click the Account icon and that would also show the family's future appointments (NRA = Next Dentist's Appointment and NPA = Next Hygienist's Appointment)

While there is no report for "Patients with Multiple Appointments”, you might be able to "find" those people by using Activities>Practice Management>The Money Finder and look for patients who ARE Scheduled for a Next Preventive Appointment (NPA); Due for Recall "in the next 12 months"; and then have 3 (or 2) planned Prophys. This would only work if the Prophys are attached to the multiple Hygiene Appointments.
