How Andre gets a Simple Count of Patients by Insurance Company from Eaglesoft

Here is the Problem: In MOST offices there are hundreds of Delta Dentals (i.e. Delta Dental of PA, Delta Dental of Penna, Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, Delta Dental of Pennisylvania).

So, you'd have to run the Patients by Insurance report a bunch of times then manually "count" the number of Patients with "Deltas" on each report. You can also export the entire Patients by Insurance Company to Microsoft Excel and filter the report there.

How to Export to Excel:

If you have a Fee Schedule attached to those Employers/Coverage Plans, you can run the Patients by Fee Schedule report.  This also does not give a “count”, but you can manually count or send to InContact and view the list in InContact to get a count.
