How Andre Gets a List Of Patients Scheduled With A Particular Insurance (Maybe To Verify Coverage) In Eaglesoft
I’ve been asked many times if there was a way to get a list of “patients who are scheduled ‘tomorrow’ who have XYZ insurance?”
Here are some methods:
Go to List>Patients by Insurance Company (this will group Patients by Insurance Company).
Filter the list using the Next Prev. Appt date range.
Print/View the list.
This will only give you part of the information. You will need to repeat the process and filter by Next Reg. Appt. The First report will give you Patients Scheduled with the Hygienists and the second report will give you a list of patients scheduled with the Dentists.
This same report could work for finding patients who were SEEN during a period with a particular insurance.
