Andre Talks about the Eaglesoft Assistant Training Environment
Do you know about Eaglesoft Assistant?
It’s a “training environment” with a "built in" Eaglesoft demo database that New Users can use to train in ("play around with") and NOT mess up the practice’s real data.
How do you get Eaglesoft Assistant?
1) Close Eaglesoft on your Workstation
2) Click the Windows Start Menu
3) Scroll through your programs and look for the Eaglesoft Folder: Click to open the Eaglesoft folder.
4) Click on Assistant (it’s an icon that looks like a graduation cap).
5) Log into Eaglesoft Selecting any Username (there are no passwords). If you are asked for one, someone made one and there should be hints that come up to get it IF not, call the Patterson Technology Center ("Support") to get them to "hack" in
6) Enjoy! Changes you make in Eaglesoft Assistant do not affect the Practice’s actual database.
If Eaglesoft Assistant does not load, you may need to contact you IT department and/or the Patterson Technology Center ("Support"). sometimes Assistant is disabled at Server level.
