How Andre Adds a Service to An Existing Treatment Plan in Eaglesoft
You create the PERFECT Treatment Plan.
You’re ready to present it and BOOM! Doctor says:
“Can you add #28 on just in case we need to do that one too!”
Really simple.
Option 1:
If the additional service was already Proposed (but not in your Treatment Plan)
1. Open the Treatment Plan window.
2. Click View All Items.
3. In the list of Proposed Services, right click on the Service to be added select “Add to” followed by the name you gave your Treatment Plan.
Now you've added the item to the existing Treatment Plan, and you can process again to Print or to Preauthorization.
Option 2:
If the additional service wasn’t already Proposed.
1. Open the chart and Propose the Service and save the chart.
2. Follow steps 1 to 3 above.
