Andre’s Answer to the Question: Is Eaglesoft The Best Practice Management Software?
On a daily basis, I’m asked, “What is the BEST Practice Management Software?”

The Practice Management Software that the office "knows" how to FULLY utilize is the "Best Practice Management Software” (PMS).
Otherwise, every one of the PMSs on the market sucks.
Most of the PMS is used in the same was a person with an iPhone still might use a paper address book. I visit offices across the country who still have a binder of Fee Schedules on their shelves that they pull out for each transaction. Then they complain that their PMS can't calculate properly.
In the opinions of most PMS users, their PMS "suck" because:
1) They like the PMS they used before the one they are using now.
2) They had very little or no training on their PMS.
3) They have hardware issues that make daily use difficult.
4) There was a poor data import (“conversion”).
There is good and bad in all, and most people haven't taken the time to learn or be taught how to fully utilize what they already have.
My 2 cents.
I have copied and pasted this same response for as long as I have been on FB answering that same question.
In 2023 I did a Poll in the Eaglesoft Field Guide and the results tell a story:
18% of Eaglesoft Field Guide members have never had Eaglesoft training.
21% have not had training since they purchased the software.
48% trained "themself".
That's just sad when I see people writing that they leave one PMS for another because it doesn't do something that it definitely does, but they have not taken the time to learn how to use it.
