Andre Talks About Balance Not Matching “Glitch” in Eaglesoft

In the Account screen, there are several places that the Account balance shows.

Top of the screen: This area shows each “family” member and their individual Balances and the part of that balance that insurance is not responsible for (“Due Now”). Thes individual amounts are totaled at the bottom of this portion of the Account window.

Running Balance: This area shows an accumulated balance for the entire account.

The “floating” Balance Box: This box shows the Account Ageing.

Sometimes these amounts are not “in sync”. This “glitch” has been reported in the Eaglesoft Field Guide many times.

If you find that your Account balance amounts are not the same, immediately contact the Patterson Technology Center ("Support") (800) 475-5036.
